You have my permission to take and post pictures and videos of my child on-line. The pictures and videos will only be used to promote the business of Freedom Wings Dance Company. WHEN YOU REGISTER, YOU ARE GIVING PERMISION FOR FREEDOM WINGS TO TAKE PICTURES AND VIDEOS THAT WILL ONLY BE USED FOR THE PROMOTION OF THE MINISTRY.

 

The pictures and videos will be used on Freedom Wings Website (https://www.freedomwingsdancecompany.com/), and other social media platforms such as the Freedom Wings Facebook, Instagram and YouTube pages.

My child has my permission to join and participate in the Freedom Wings Dance Company and I am prepared to pay $100 for the Fall Session.
